RE/MAX Realty GroupDanene began her dynamic real estate career in 2004 in Westchester County, NY. For over a decade, she maintained dual licensure in both New York and Connecticut before relocating to Florida in 2014 and earning her third license.
As a real estate investor herself, Danene brings valuable insight to buyers, sellers, and fellow investors alike. She has extensive experience navigating 1031 exchanges, FIRPTA transactions, and advising foreign sellers.
Now based in Southwest Florida, Danene is passionate about helping others live the Florida lifestyle. An avid golfer, boat owner, and former fitness trainer, she thrives under the Florida sun and specializes in beach, waterfront, gulf access, golf course, and new construction homes.
Danene began her career with Keller Williams, earning the Rising Star Award in her first year, and later joined Sotheby’s International Realty. After settling in Florida, she found her long-term home with RE/MAX, where her performance has earned her Platinum Club status and induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
